To support these activities, a remote conferencing application is needed, one of which is quite popular is Zoom.

Zoom is a video conferencing app that can be accessed on both mobile devices and computers.

In Zoom there is a feature called Sharing Screen or sharing views from the desktop with other participants. In virtual video conferencing, this feature is very useful.

Attendees can share their screens at the same time during the meeting to other participants. How to Share Screen on Zoom Quoted from Zoom Help Center page, as for the steps and how to Share Screen as follows:

A. Share Your Screen or Content

1. Click the Share Screen button located in your meeting control.

2. Choose one of these screen sharing options: - Basic Share your entire desktop, a specific application window, whiteboard, or iPhone/iPad screen. Note: Users can select multiple desktop programs at once, rather than sharing their entire desktop.

Only users using this feature need to use version 5.4.3 or higher, while viewers can connect with earlier versions. Hold down the Shift key in macOS or the Ctrl key in Windows to select more than one app.

Advanced Slides/Powerpoint as Virtual Background i.e. allows you to use slideshow presentations as your virtual background, giving more immersive presentations.

A portion of Screen: share a portion of your screen represented by a green border. Borders can be customized as needed during sharing by clicking and dragging any side or corner.

Video: share locally stored video content through zoom's original video player. Content from 2nd Camera: share a second camera connected to your computer, for example, a document camera or an integrated camera on your laptop.

- Share files from third-party sharing services like Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive. Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to third-party services and grant Zoom access.

Note: This option may be disabled by account admins, so the available options may vary. Alternatively, you can open the file in a web browser, then share the browser window.

For example, to share a Google Docs, open Docs in Chrome, then share the Chrome window. The end result is the same as using the sharing options on the File tab.

3. (Optional) enable this feature, located in the lower left corner of the sharing window:

Share sound: if you check this option, any sounds played by your computer will be shared in the meeting. Select the down arrow just to the right of the Share Sound option to switch between Mono and Stereo (high fidelity) options.

Optimize for video clip( optimize for vídeo clips): check this if you're going to share a video clip in full-screen mode. Uncheck this instead, as it may cause the shared screen to become blurry.

4. Click Share. When the sharing process starts and 80 percent of devices recognize receiving a shared screen, you'll see a notification banner that says Participants can now see the screen you shared, or whatever you choose to share.

Note: Zoom automatically switches to full screen to optimize the display of the shared screen. To exit full screen, click Exit Full Screen in the upper-right corner or press the Esc key. To turn off automatic full screen viewing when viewing shared screens, adjust the window size during screen sharing behavior in your desktop client settings.

If you selected Content from 2nd Camera, click Switch Camera in the top left corner to change the shared camera.
