How to Make Webex Room Meeting  on Cisco Webex and Invite People to Join

Cisco Webex is one of the web that provides services  meeting room or room for online discussion, where everyone anywhere can join the room or the discussion room as long as you know the address of the room and password (if any).

One of the requirements to create a meeting room is that you must have a webex account to log into it. If you haven't have a cisco webex account then create it first.

Ok if you have already created a Cisco Webex account, please login on Cisco's Webex with the address webex.com. then click sign and click Webex Meeting.

Then enter your email and click next

Continue to enter the password and click sign in

Then enter your email and click next, Continue to enter the password and click sign in, After signing in, just create a meeting room, you can too ,use an android phone to login and make meetings this room.

If you want to use android please install it First, the "webex meet" application on the playstore. Then

login with the account you have registered. If you have logged in via android, please create a meeting room by clicking the + sign like in the following picture.

Then give the title of the meeting, we can enter the password so that only the password can join your meeting room. then setting the day, date, duration of the hour. If you have clicked start, to make it easier, see the image below.

Wait until the room creation process is complete

Now, here's what it looks like when it's finished, to activate the internet symbol click sound feature.

Then to activate the video feature click the video icon and click call my video system or call over internet.

Then click start my video.

Then our face will appear, it looks like below.

To see the address of the meeting room, click (dot) “ ....... ” at the bottom then.

Click  Info

that's the video address that you can share for invite others to join our room. Besides that, we too can share the address to our social media such as FB, IG, and others. How to do it? Please explore the application yourself webex is guaranteed to be easy and fun. For version laptop or PC because my current signal is bad on the PC then di in this tutorial.

I explain more via the cellphone display android. But I've tried via laptop even more easy, the point is the same for the steps to make a meeting discussion room on webex.

To end the meeting room or discussion just click red cross above. Then you will exit meeting room as well as other people who join in your room will be removed.
